Return Window

30-Day Return Period - You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason.

EU Customers: In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, you have a minimum 14-day withdrawal period. We extend this to 30 days for your convenience.

Geographic Availability

IMPORTANT: While we ship internationally, certain products are only available for sale and return within the United States due to regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, or supplier restrictions. Please check individual product pages for geographic availability.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

When a product has a specific return policy listed on its product page, that policy supersedes and replaces this general return policy for that item. Please review the product page carefully before purchasing.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Vitamins and supplements – Due to health and safety regulations, all vitamin and supplement products are final sale and cannot be returned once shipped.
  • Postpartum Bladder Leak Underwear for Women – For health and hygiene reasons, this product is non-returnable once shipped.
  • Opened intimate apparel and personal care items – For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened intimate apparel, nursing pads, breast pumps, or personal care items once the hygiene seal is broken. Unopened items in original packaging are eligible for return.
  • Partner and wholesale products – Certain products sourced from partner suppliers or wholesale vendors may have specific return restrictions as stated on their product pages.
  • Perishable goods – Such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Custom or personalized items – Special orders or personalized products.
  • Hazardous materials – Flammable liquids or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards – Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

🇨🇦 Canada

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using Royal Mail or a trackable courier service.

🇪🇺 European Union & EEA

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable postal or courier service.

🌍 Rest of World

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. International return shipping may be expensive; please consider this before returning.

Please contact us at returns@mommoi.com to receive return authorization and shipping instructions before sending any items back.

Refund Process

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

No Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@mommoi.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

EU Consumer Rights

Customers in the European Union have specific consumer protection rights under EU law:

  • Right to withdraw from purchase within 14 days (we offer 30 days)
  • Right to a refund if goods are faulty or not as described
  • Right to repair or replacement for defective goods within 2 years of purchase
