Our Timeframes Explained

The timeframe for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Part 1: Processing Time

All orders are carefully reviewed, quality-checked, and packaged by our fulfillment team. Orders are typically sent for dispatch within 1 business day after being placed. Processing may take an additional 1–3 business days, depending on order volume and product type.

Part 2: Shipping Time

This refers to the time it takes for your order to reach its destination after processing. Delivery usually occurs within 8–12 business days, but may take longer due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen disruptions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send a tracking link via email so you can monitor its progress. Please allow up to 2 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.

If you do not receive tracking information within 6 business days of your order, contact us and we will assist you. Note that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, and Mommoi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or external factors.
